Fleur de lis painting.

This is my first fleur de lis painting, but I've always liked the symbol.
It measures 12x12 acrylic and I got the idea for the background from Creative Carmella on Pinterest. I just repeated with a set color scheme. (http://www.creativecarmella.com/2012/07/toilet-paper-roll-paintinga-diy-project.html?m=1)

Below it's pictured with my Buddha painting, and my owl wall hanging.

Buddha painting.

My favorite color is an emerald green like this one.
12x12 acrylic on canvas. Below it is pictured with my fleur de lis, and my owl hanging from a previous post.

Owl paintings

Earlier in the week I painted two8x8 canvases with a nighttime owl scene. The two are connected with braided hemp and bamboo cord.

The picture above is before the finishing touches. Below is the finished owl hanging with my earlier Buddha 12x12.

My favorite part is the light off the tree and the color in the sky. I think I'm learning a lot about shading and light. I'm going to use this to post pictures to Pinterest. I will use a short description for all the posts.

If I leave something out or you have any questions feel free to email me artbynealspear@gmail.com thanks for checking out my stuff. I hope you like. :D
